Jabuticaba Melancia is native to the highest regions of the Minas Gerais Zone in the bushes near the municipality of Dona Euzébia. It is one of the most beautifull looking jaboticaba variety. Jabuticaba Melancia is also known as Jabuticaba Watermelon because of the watermelon like shade on skin. The thick skin fruits are very sweet and Juicy. It normally eaten raw also made in to jams and jellies.
